Worst customer service ever(****ming the elderly)

Worst customer service ever , there seems to be a issue at the Old Mutual lakeside Mall branch where non of the consultant know abt there own policies, my 84 years old father was unwillingly assisted by a lady called S Nkosi to complete documents and have affidavit done ,after this was done , she just up and left the branch while assisting us and said her laptop has issues and problems with internet and that no one else can help , she is not in this week and to my suprise the other consultant cannot help with this seemly simple issue ,this is old mutuals way of getting policies voided , I will go on a full on social media awareness campaign to make people aware of how old mutual is running there business
