Worst customer service ever!

I've experienced the worse client service from Old Mutual it's disgusting. I have been struggling with the same query for a month now. Due to affordability unfortunately I sent a emailed request to have my policy cancelled. I received no response and was sent back and forth on emails and eventually it was cancelled. Upon the request for canceling I also requested information on how this would work would I be reimbursed anything at all for all my premiums paid, my banking statement was requested why I dont know I sent it. A month later still no refund still no communication on how this has worked nothing! I've been sending emails daily... guess what not one response!! They are ****** and I will never recommend nor reconsider any one to use Old Mutual!!
