WORST customer service EVER!

Old Mutual has the worst customer service ever! They are so quick to help you sign up but then when you need something as simple as your policy schedule they take 3 months plus to get back to you. We have spent over R650.00 worth of airtime trying to get hold of the right department or person to assist us with this urgent matter and every time the only thing that is said is: All the agents are busy - call back again! WHERE ON THIS PLANET HAVE YOU EVER HEARD SUCH NONSENSE? No worries to assist from this point! This platforms lets you rate 1 to 5 stars in order to write a review well if it was up to me I would have a negative rating instead because 1 star does not even come close to the kind of service offered.
