Worst Customer Service ever

My previous employer submitted my claim 3 months ago, no payout as yet. I've sent various e mails and nobody gets back to you at all. What kind of service is this. Old Mutual Superfund catch a wake up. Claim - Ref number: EMSRef: [SF***]
