Worst customer service ever
Worst experience ever. After a month and a few days of submitting a claim. Still no money in my account, no phone calls from old mutual. I spent R120 already on airtime phoning them and have to hold on just to hear the system is slow I can't help you now. If there was a 0 rating it would be it
