Worst customer service at old Mutual Sasolburg

The worst customer service experience ever. I work in the branch and spoke to the lady on the front desk and she showed me the person that was going to assist me. As I get towards him he was busy with something under the table with his head face down. I greated first then he followed. He then follows by saying "look me in the eye sisi" in his African language. He asks for my ID as I start searching for it and I say"ohh you need an ID" he answers "Hai booohh!! Sisi this is a financial Institued" I told him I don't like the way you talking to me he raises his voice and what did I say wrong I told him I don't like the fact that you keep calling me "sidi" he says what's wrong with the word. I asked him for his name he said to me what are you going to do about it, when I took my phone he started saying I will sue you. I don't know if this is how old Mutual trains their people but I wS not impressed at all. I have 3 policies with them even want to cancel all of them.
