Worst customer service.

I requested a withdrawal of my savings since 11 September, till today nobody corresponded with me regarding the status. I sent the form and supporting documents and yet no one got back to me. Sent follow up emails, none of them were responded. I regret opening an investment account with this company. Now I learned for the future.
