WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am writing to hello Peter as my last resort, Old mutual have the worst customer service in all history. I went to old mutual branch (Thohoyandou Game shoppingcenter)to cancel my retirement annuity on 1st February 2022, I submitted and completed all that was requested and required of me. I was given a reference number and told to wait 5-7 working days , after the waiting and nothing Positive, I went to the branch again and they told me to wait 27 days. I went back after the waiting period and their incompetence escalated , I have been doing weekly follow-ups and they gave me a new reference number , till to date 06 May 2022( 3 months later) I still haven't received the money. Working with old mutual is really a nightmare and an extreme sport.
