WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OUT THERE

It is an absolute disgrace in the way a big established company like Old Mutual handles queries. I have spent close to an hour on telephone calls, but to no avail. Ms Kerrin Land, one of the big bosses at Old Mutual I want to challenge you in asking to phone one of your 086 numbers, specifically the ***and see for yourself how "wonderful" your customer care/service is. To rate Old Mutual a 1 is a massive compliment as you deserve a -10. I will never, but never, ever recommend Old Mutual to everyone, not even my worst enemy!!!!
