Worst Company for Money Matters

I had made a loan with Old Mutual, I defaulted and went for debt review which debt company always paid late then I get pennilized, since then I was asking and begging Old Mutual to send me their STB account nr and the refrence that I must use as I wanted to pay a something, it is now three months of begging that I told them to whattsup me the details as their call centre staff did write the note in the first place and secondly did not want to listen to the customer, but they are quick to keep on sending legal action smse's. My advise is please do your money matters by another company which will hopefully listen when the customer is asking or begging.
