Worst Company ever!!

This is a company which through its agents, **********ly deduct money, and this during a pandemic. There is no traceable number. Even when I lodged a complained, git a sworn SAPS affidavit, they continue to this day to deduct money on a s heme that is linked to another person.

I would like to know what legal grounds I have to sue Old Mutual because they allowed a policy using my ID and my details, all without my legal signage or my consent.
