Worst company
Worst company to deal with. Admit claim on their whatsup, they send me receipt through on whatsup all good payment will be done 15 to 17 days. Week later i received sms to send all documents through again. today the 16th phoned claims department they got no paperwork, send it through again while on the phone received it, but now i get told payment will only be done 21 days from today, but meanwhile i sent it through 2 july 2024. Are they playing for time to get interest, never seen this poor service in my life

Yesterday i received a mail all is good money will be paid out in 24 hours, today i follow up monies not paid yet, today the customer service is telling me they dont have all documents, how can this people be trusted
