Worst-case banking experience with oldmutual

Worst banking experience I have ever experienced in my whole life, my account has been suspended for no reason, I went to boulders branch they couldn't help, they called the call center, lady by the name of olwethu was so unprofessional, rude and not helpful, still she couldn't assist me

I then called *** I spoke to Ncumisa, she was helpful, unfortunately she couldn't assist either, she asked me to call Bidvest, when I called bitvest couldn't assist either too, I'm so frustrated coz I'm being transferred from one place to another, I need my account to be unsuspended. I was asked to send email to *****, yet I called ***** department from Bidvest.
