Worst "Bank" EVER!!!
Why do debit order disputes take so long with Old Mutual Money Account? Other banks you are able to process immediately but Old Mutual Money takes forever. Logged my dispute on the 30th and still no result? This the last straw... Once this is resolved I will be moving to a different bank... A real bank! Horrible Service!!!

Nothing has been resolved.
No definite SLA provided for resolution either.
Final thoughts:
Old Mutual money is not actually a bank. They are ***gybacking off Bidvest Bank.
It is very sad to see such a well established business such as Old Mutual completely forget about the customer. Prehistoric processes and ridiculous turnaround times are what **** businesses in the time we live in.
Bottom line? I am not planning on keeping this account open after this is resolved. It has been great but enough is enough... Old mutual has hit junk status.
