If there was a 0 or no star at all I'd rate that, I really regret having taken a life cover with such an *********** company, not only did I get on the phone in September with a lady by the name Wendi, but spoke to 2 others who were useless, then a lady by the name Rachel, who was rude and upon me asking to speak to the manager or team leader, I was put on hold for a further 45 minutes. and still no assistance or manager or Team Leader came to my enquiry.
