Worse Withdrawal experience Ever!

This has got to be the worse experience I have had in the many years with old mutual and for that I have decided to withdraw everything I invested with them and move to another . I submitted a withdrawal on the 29th of June and I was told it will take 5 to 7 days, its now 16 days later and no money in my account.
