Worse Service Ever!!

Don't ever use Lilian at the Old Mutual office in Pretoria West. Incompetency at its best. Lilian was not able to process my request of having my funds paid on a matured policy!!! 4 phone calls and several scans later I actually walked out with a Surname change? I was deceived in thinking the necessary was done? 5working days later again I was forced to visit the branch in person (would not do the follow-up in my behalf - her mess became my nightmare). Another 7working days, emails and numerous calls to the Service centre and still NO MONEY - MY MONEY.
