Worse service ever

I have an investment account with them which i cancelled last week Wednesday and the estimate response was supposed to be 5-7 days but nothing so i called and spoke with a lady who Transferred me but i waited for hours to speak with an aren't. So i requested another call back which was a robot saying “this is your call back “ with the name Jared and hung up. What kind of service is this 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
