worse service ever
i went to old mutual branch in protea mall to get my premium amount and the banking details since i got paid late from my work, got ticket no 59 at 14:46 by 15:30 i was not assisted. By the time they call ticket no 64, i went again to the receptionist to ask when are they going to call my no. the lady told me to take my seat my turn will come between consultant 7 and 13 someone will call me. So i refused to stay for another 20 minutes and walked away left my ticket no there.
They must just pray no 1 dies in my family cause hell will break loose and they will payout
As we speak i have not pay my premium and i only get 2 days off in a month to do all my stuff.
