Worse service ever

Old mutual is the worse. My claim was not paid because my bank account was invalid. A bank account I get my monthly salary and monthly deductions on. When I called the call centre I held for hours waiting for an answer when I went to the branch I received the worse service there too. It is not the best company to deal with after experiencing a loss. I had just lost my mum and had to pay off debts for the funeral and they made it worse. Worse ever.
