Worse service and **********

My sister has been with old mutual for some time, when she went to enquire about her investment plan she was told she "apparently took 30k in 2019" and she knows nothing about that. When she was shown the signature of the person who signed for that money to be withdrawn, the signature was completely different from hers.

She has been requesting urgent assistance to get this sorted out as she needs money coz it's rightfully hers. She was then told this will take more than 3 MONTHS coz her account is now with the ***** department which is completely RIDICULOUS.
