Worse possible service ever

Old Mutual does not honor agreements set as per contract and deducts money prior to payday. This will now reflect badly on my credit report. Never ever have I had a debit order return. I phoned and after 18 min the lady - said please hold I'm checking, checking for 18min and then hung up" and no callback even though se had all my details. No replies on emails, no help on the app.

The app is worthless and all the numbers I phoned no one answers, when asking to speak to management the reply is always not by office or on lunch @ 3 in the day.

Fast to take the money every month but otherwise useless
