WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.

I went to Old Mutual on the 15th January 2026 to withdraw from my savings account and received R1132.19 which is not the whole amount requested, on the 29 i went back to the branch and enquire about the outstanding amount and was told i will receive it the week of the 6th ,today 06 February i visited the branch again in the morning to enquire about the outstanding amount that i should receive and was told it is no longer with old mutual, i should receive it today. It is almost the end of business day ,still waiting. PLEASE RELEASE MY MONEY. OLD MUTUAL HAS A VERY BAD SERVICE,ESPECIALLY THE CHURCH STREET BRANCH.
