Wonderful client service and work ethic

I would like to write this compliment as a response to my complaint logged against Old Mutual on the 18 May 2015, I was utterly disgusted and irrate regarding the service I received with regards to my Withdrawl. That all changed and I calmed down once I received positive feedback and was kept in the loop all the way By Moira Moore, Lungi Mgobhozi, Nicolette Du Toit and Team who assisted me and finally got my claim sorted before expected date, It compltely blew me away that they had all the patience and understanding even though I was probably one of the most horrible clients to have dealt with. Thank you for you wonderful service and I commend the work ethic you guys have. Absolute pleasure to have dealt with you, all the best for the future and keep up the exceptional service to clients in order to save your companies reputation. Your comapny should actually treat you like gold, because of your hard work their reputation is upholded with service excellence. Well done and thank you sooo much again.
