won't pay me my money

I canceled my policy with old mutual in March. I sent all documents as a premium was taken off my account. I called them yesterday the 12 April only to be told the premium was paid to a account which I closed last year already. And they asked for a bank statement and I emailed them one for a capitec account and the now go pay my money into a standard bank account. I am discussed in old mutual after me sending them everything the go and pay to a account which was not even sent to them.i want old mutual to pay me my money before the end of tmrw as I will take this up.had enough of being kind to old mutual this shows what horrible service they have coz even if it was a death I wud be running around because of their useless service
