Withholding tax certificates.

Dealing with Old Mutual is no pleasure. They cannot send you a tax certificate like other companies. You have to go and search for it on one of their platforms. A lot of hoop jumping. When you email them to ask for it (a document they legally gave to give you), they just send a automatic reply that they can only help within two to three working days. The delays they cause in getting a tax certificate is really stupid and frustrating. I can't even get a financial advisor that wants to deal with them either. I wish they would just send the document in an email like all the other companies.
