Withholding my funds is disgusting!!!
After 7 amd a half weeks I still have not received my own withdrawal done on 14 October 2024. All anyone can tell me is they escalating tye matter for the passed 3weeks and I must call in to find out what is happening because they say they can't give me an ETA as to when I will receive my funds! It is disgusting how one must negotiate for their own funds and I promise that I will take this to the news papers and cart Blanche as that fund was needed for a medical emergency which is on hold due to no payout into my account and I WILL HOLD OLD MUTUAL LIABLE FOR ANY FATALITY THAT THIS MAY CAUSE!!!!
