Withdrawal process

Old Mutual is the worst asset manager in SA, if you have invested there move your money if possible. Been waiting for my withdraw that was done 26/04/2023, to date zero , no money and a million excuses from their *********** call centre agent. I don’t know whether it’s a strategy to hold on to our money by frustrating us with the withdrawal process.I am gatvol with this company and would not advise anyone to do anything with them.
