Withdrawal On old mutual Max Investemnt

I requested a withdrawal from my max investment on the 16 February and I was send form to complete and received feedback that I'm CIV compliant on the 22 february. Till today i haven't received any communication, even when i call the call center they seem not to know and I will be asked to hold the phone for over 20 minutes and it drops automatically. I'm really disappointed and frustrated. I need to register my sister at university. Old Mutual please have messy.
