Withdrawal money not paid

16 sep 2021 I went in to the festival mall branch to request a withdrawal of my funds, The lady started the process and told me to come back after 7 days, 27 sep 2021 I went back but then I was told they are offline I then went to another branch kempstar mall.

They processed my request and handed me with a transaction summary document ,it states that I should be getting my money 15 working days.

Then in the day I expected the money in my account I get an sms saying that they are about to start my request. From the 16 sep They had enough time and all my documents why did they not process on time .

And worse part I mentioned to the lady that the reason I want to make this withdrawal is that I lost my job last year October sp I need the money on order to fix my car which was helping me to hustle in order to feed my kids. It's now over 21 working days I haven't received my money when you call they promise to escalate the matter no feedback since Friday last week when I called them.

It's frustrating and very disappointing of how they follow their so called slow procedure.
