Withdrawal issues

I made a withdrawal and it says 3-5 working days. Its day 5. I tried calling to see what is the issue as usual its a long weight. I cant email, as you they dnt even bother to reply.

So its day 5 , then as soon as I get the sms it will another 5 days.
