Withdrawal from super fund
I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism shown by the the Old Mutual Super Fund department, where it's taking over a month to process my withdrawal and till today I'm being sent pillar to post with consultants not actioning my requests, putting me on hold for ages when asking to speak to a manager or just transferring my call to switch board. It has been a stressful process with still no resolution in site. I'm deeply disgusted by the way they have conducted themselves and am now going to escalate my matter to the FSB and ombudsman

09 Oct 2024, 10:45Last week Thursday I spoke to Phumeza and she said I'd have feedback by Monday and til today no one has contacted me. Told I called and a consultant called wassin or yasin in the Superfund department hung up call when I wanted information on my claim. I've never delt with such rude and disrespectful people who don't care or just not professional enough to do their job. I am now going to the ombudsman to file a formal complaint and case against your organization because you guys are just unprofessional and just rude
