Withdrawal from Oldmutual Max investment

I withdraw R29000 from my Old mutual Max investment from 24jun they paid only R7900 till today. They don't even communicate with me I'm still waiting for the balance of R21000. Their customer service Sucks even their managers and CEO at Oldmutual Capetown head Office.They don't care and do what they like with our money. I want my money and I will be Cancelling my other policy because they SUCKS and don't care
