Withdrawal Claim
Good day,
I submitted a withdrawal request via WhatsApp on the 4th of November 2020.
I have made several escalations and to date I have not been contacted or given any feedback regarding my request. This service is unacceptable and as a client I am not happy or impressed. If I didn't need the money I wouldn't have requested for a withdrawal, and right now I'm highly irate!
