Withdrawal claim 14th December 2020

My withdrawal claim was submitted to old mutual on the 14th December 2020 , my previous employer is Rhodes food group , till today I have not received my pay out , I have not received any communication whatsoever as to what is causing the delay, when I call nobody answers the phone it’s about to be 9 months now , my claim form had all the information required for them to finalise my claim ,

I need someone to contact me urgently with full progress, have my money been disinvestment, how much am I loosing on investment and or investment interest, has it been submitted to SARS ,

If I have suffered any losses who will be liable to pay , I need an urgent response, should I not get feedback in 2 days , am taking this further,
