Withdrawal

Submitted 2 withdrawals from 2 different investments 22 days ago. One paid one did not I'm told that I have been paid for both. I need this sorted. I've been reading comments here this is very common please sort this out. We don't just with draw money it's for a reason and a good one. Since when do you combine payments. They are normally separate. And you hold on the line for your consultants.
