Withdrawal

Bunch of *********** workers I did a withdrawal and they said it will take 15 working days then I was sent a tax residency declaration form via email after making a withdrawal at the branch. I had to go back to the branch to fill in that form then they sent me an sms saying it’s incomplete and mind you I filled that form with a consultant . I had to go back to the branch 3 times for 1 form saying it’s incomplete. When I call I have to hold for a long time without getting help … please fix your services. The staff is so ***********
