withdrawal
Very disappointed AGAIN in one months' time!!! i want to withdraw money and it's been days struggling with them. they keep telling and sending me tax residency forms to fill in, and I've sent it numerous times!!!!! it's not even a R1000 but they need that many forms, just pay my money as my child needs medicine and i need it urgently!!!!!

15 Mar 2024, 13:42I've been waiting more than a week now. i received a sms stating payment would be made, still nothing? i already see in the news old mutuals fails to make payments to clients, so this seems to be a regular thing if it already hits the media. How ccan you take peoples hard earning money and savings and just not pay them? i can email, phone sms nothing from your side is happening.
