With Old Mutual there was a funeral cover and investment fund that I had with them, but it happened that I’m facing a financial problem right now and I had to stop Old Mutual from debting me. I wrote an email to them, informed them that I had a financial problem now but what surprised me is that consultants keep calling me and telling me to arrange how I’m going to pay this month hence I was asking for a claim and cancellation.
