Wills department

I have tried for a while week to get hold of the old mutual will department. My mom had a will with Old Mutual and it has been impossible to get hold of anyone there. I have been given a number *** but this number rings with no answer for the whole day. This is absolutely pathetic. I need to talk to someone as we need to get this resolved. It's really pathetic that when you are going through a really difficult period they make your life even more difficult
