Willing to cancel

Am so ****ed off with this old mutual piece of s**t, firstly I asked them to call me to update my policy they said i should email them, right i did what they asked of me and i sent the email to add members....guess what nothing was done correctly..they changed my beneficiary details to the person I wanted to add on the policy..I mean who gave them that permission even now am still disputing it with them and nothing has been changed
