Will not give them one star

My experience with Old Mutual is a very bad experience we have a lot of problems with Old Mutual i have send them 7 emails inconnection with my wifes policy and up to now we had no response from them. You go to any Old Mutual branches on the South Coast of KZN nobody can help you they cannot speak Afrikaans we are Afrikaans and will like to be helped in Afrikaans that is our right She has a Green light policy we went to 6 diffrent branches of Old Mutual and they all got a diffrent story on how the policy works.Looks to me that Old Mutual does not train their people properly.Old Mutual just wants to collect your money and that is all. I will not even reccoment Old Mutual to my worst enemy .I just wish that they give me back my money is spend on this policy so i can go to anothet company that will be beter.
