Will never recommend OM for funeral
Old Mutual consultant incorrectly captured DOB for my father and now funeral pay our delayed. It's yoyr mistake not mine and now you say you will not pay. No one answers phone at contact centre. Anyone reading this should choose another funeral service provider. I will never recommend OM.

17 May 2019, 14:46A comedy of errors. Now I get a message saying my marriage neefs to be submitted. When I call call centre it's answered after a 20 minute wait. Consultant says he can see my marriage certificate but the guys at the claims centre who called on *** number can't. I tried to callback Pretoria office but calls go answered
