WILL and Letter of Authority

My parents passed away in February and both of them were working for SAPS...my father have a WILL with old mutual and we contacted them me and my siblings, regarding the matter.

It's been 2 months now and we haven't heard anything from them,all our parents things are stucked we can't do anything because we need letter of authority as they promised they will do everything for us including late estate accounts.

We can't even do a mere funeral plan claims due that letter as they're each other's beneficiaries (parents),we have a big debt with the under taker's that needs to be paid but we can't due to the Letter...we tried to go to master of high court to get the letter but they can't assist because of WILL....This is so bad coming from Old mutual we not even getting emails or calls from their attorney's

What needs to be done to get assistance from you guys...we can't be fighting with you guys after our loss we don't have the energy
