WIDOW GOES HUNGRY DUE TO NON-PAYMENT BY INSURER

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED AND NONE WAIVED My life partner (previously ex-husband} passed away on 25 March 2020 after a long illness. He never skipped a payment on the policy to ensure a steady cashflow for the one staying behind in the event of one of us passing on. Then the Covid-Lockdown disaster happened which seems to have make way for poor excuses by almost all institutions in South Africa. I do not have any income apart from old age pension from the government and most days go without food and electricity. My family assisted in paying for laywers to handle my claim on payment from my late ex-husband's estate and the Old Mutual Insurance. I phoned the Ombud service three (3) times without receiving any real assistance. I then wrote to the Ombudsman regarding the non-payment on which I received an automatic email reply. I am the sole beneficiary of the said policy. PLEASE HELP A SENIOR CITIZEN IN NEED.
