Wicode issue

I contacted Old mutual regarding a wicode for BabiesRUs on the 15th of October. My wife tried contacting them before that because I gave her the wicode to use and she has been having difficulties, she exhausted all options provided on how to use the wicode and BabiesRUs confirmed that the issue is with Old Mutula. This is not the first time we had to face such with Old Mutual rewards, even with Shoprite gifts cards its been a hassle. The issue is yet to be resolved after we sent them a screenshot of the error as they requested. The last communication was from myself on the 17th of October sending the screenshot and they never bothered to reply since. The wicode has an expiry date which they are aware of which was the 30th of October. My wifes wicode also expired without getting any assistance 4 months ago and that was also for R150. I'm extremely disappointed with the service.
