Why must i wait for my own money i URGENTLY NEED IT!!!

<p>I went to surrender my policy as i desperatly need some cash this the reason why i went to surrender my policy,BUT now old mutual says i must wait 5 - 17 working days,why if you take out a policy they promise you heaven but if you in a real crisis you must wait for your money that you DESSPERATLY NEED,I WONT NEED IT AFTER 17 DAYS.IM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN OLD MUTUAL :(</p>
