Why is this happening again Old Mutual!!!

In April 2014 I decided to move to jobs and due to me currently having a policy with Old Mutual I thought It would be a good idea to move my pension to a Protektor Presevation Fund with OM as I assumed it would be painless. Bid mistake! After numerous emails and phone calls, being ignored I eventually saw light 4 months later when my fund was finally created. On the 24th Aug 2015 I submitted a partial withdrawal from my fund to reinvest elsewhere. I completed the necessary paperwork and sent through my application. I received no communication to say that this was received and that all documentation was in order but from my previous nightmare with this dept, I didn't have high expectations. Today, 7 working days late I decided to call to find out if my application was received and just to get some feedback. To my horror, there was a note to say that my certified ID was not acceptable as it was certified last year! This was not sent through to me, so I was unaware that I needed to resubmit my ID document and this would now backtrack the process. It took me to call in for me to be told what was happening and I find this ridiculous! My biggest mistake was I invested my money with OM!
