Why do you deliberately take long paying out my cash portion? Using it for something else?

<p>Ref: CEE ********** 0</p> <p>I left my previous employment 5 weeks ago and requested that my funds be moved over to Discovery with a portion being paid out in cash. SARS gave you the tax clearance certificate three weeks ago but now we are apparently waiting for a ROT???? It is this utter disregard for your customers that makes us move our pensions to other providers. Your staff is disrespectful and dismissive - as if they are too important to dealw ith my 1.2 million. please pay out my money and show that you are actually competent in doing what you got paid to do while looking after my pension FOR MANY YEARS.</p> <p>i want that money in my bank account today</p>
