Why do you call me if I cannot ask queations?

I just got a call from +27 21 ********** the lady said she was calling from old mutual . I then started to ask her questions about my policies as she said she wanted to talk about my policies ,then she said I am interrupting her. I was so surprised because she called me and I had a right to ask her questions .
